I went for an MRI of neck and brain because I thought I might have bleeding. These were the results.

There is hypoplasia of the distal right vertebral artery. No carotid or vertebrail dissection is suspected.

There is congenital hypoplasia of the superior right vertebral artery.

1. Can someone tell me what this means?

2. What are the risks of having this?

3. Can it be fixed?
