Was it the same radiologist reading both reports? If so, you might want to go to the trouble/expense of getting another guy to read it. Quite unlikely that it will matter, but could be worth it for your piece of mind.

You do have a potential future problem at C4/5, as I'm sure you can see. "Mild" impression on the cord does not call for action, though, and you could certainly go the rest of your life without action being required.
