Sorry to hear things aren't going so well with your husband, is there you can both go to the therapist together so he can be better educated about what is happening with you and how anxiety actually "works" for lack of a better term? If this is not a possibility, perhaps a book could be of benefit for him? Education really is the key to a healthy marriage when one partner suffers any type of illness.

My husband has spent time with MH workers and a lot of time reading online about my MH issues over the years and it made a huge difference compared to when he really didn't understand.
