Tooth decay lead to stomach problems and now lymph node pain :'(

I recently went to the dentist, he did fillings.I started to feel pain and took anti-inflammatory meds to relieve the pain.I went back to him to tell him about the pain i was having where he did the tooth filling. He said it was not normal and did an x-ray. Then he came to the conclusion that i had sinusitis which was the reason of the pain and sensibility in my tooth.

I was prescribed antibiotics and maxilase(an alpha amylase) and i took an anti-inflammatory med for the pain (ipobrufen). The tooth pain was relieved but i started having severe pain in my stomach. I went to see a gastroenterologist and was prescribed nexium.i stopped all the previous meds and took only the nexium.

After about one week.i feel much better though some small stomach pains. For the moment i cant have milk, since every time i had milk i had cramping and diarrhea.

However now i am having another problem. my lymph node on the left side of my neck..just at the end of the jaw line below the ear is aching..its like a pea size lump.when i massage it it feels better but it is there and aches and from time to time i feel a kind of dryness in my throat as if something is stuck there.:???: ive heard that swollen lymph node means that there's an infection somewhere and that the immune system is fighting it.

Please can someone give me some advice or experiences.
Today the prescribed nexium is wondering should i buy more till the stomach pain completely stops or not take it?
why am i having this pea size lump at the end of my jawline on left side?
Could the dentist have possibly not done the job correctly and thats y i am having this?
All this started when i went to dentist to get my tooth treated and filled (composite filling)

Please someone desperate

It wasn't the tooth decay that triggered your stomach problems. I'll bet it was the ibuprofen and antibiotics that you took. It probably will settle down in time.

The lymph node, well, lymph nodes swell up sometimes. Maybe it's an infection, maybe it's nothing. Don't poke at it, and see if it goes down.
