    What's the ABSOLUTE BEST CLEANSER???

right now im using neutrogena pore refining cleanser.. i dont think its that great ... its a bit drying even for my really oily skin. I really need a good cleanser toner and moisterizer. Can anyone recommend what they feel is the best of the best?? my skin: oily, mild acne, red marks, uneven skin, huge pores.... i need something to help with all that. Thanx sooo much to whoever replies.

Since you mentioned you have oily skin, you sound like a good candidate for Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask. It has benzoyl peroxide in it. This stuff is ALMOST perfect, except for the fact that i have dry, senstive skin (in addition to being acne-prone). This stuff dries me out a little once in a while (not too often), but it gives such a great clean and really helped with my breakouts.

PS- As a moisturizer i'm using L'Oreal Active Daily moisture lotion. Lightweight, claims that its for all skin types, has SPF. Nice stuff. I don't use toner.

I use Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Facial Cleanser.. it works great! i'ts very mild, soap-free, gentle, Hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, and there it is a makeup remover also all in one! I am not sure if you wear much makeup or not, but it takes off everything, even all the eyeliner that is usually left behind with other cleansers..it's very nice, and not drying, but enough to make your face feel clean and a tiny bit tight after washing. I also occasionally use St. Ives Apricot scrub. (1-3 times a week) to exfoliate. This product is absolutely my FAVORITE!!! It makes your skin radiant, and removes all the dead surface skin cells that make your complexsion look so dull. Good luck with whatever you try I just thought I'd put in my two cents!

    Purpose Moisturizing Foaming Cleanser!!!

It is fragrance-free, oil-free, soap-free, and removes all makeup! It does not over-strip the skin, so the skin will not produce more oil to overcompensate! It's kept my skin crystal clear for over a year now!

Once a week you should try fresh lemon mask. It will fix the big pores and clear and radiate your skin and you will feel so good. Use your favorite moisturizer after the mask. Cut the lemon in half and scrub half of the lemon on your face and neck. If it goes in your eyes and stinks do not worry it is good for you eyes also!

    Tangerine Dream

I LOVE Tangerine Dream facial cleanser by Rachel Perry. It's got glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, and 2 other acids I can't remember. Anyway, I've got sensitive acne-prone skin and most things are too drying or make me break out. This one has made my skin soft and much less acne. For moisturizer, I use 84% Aloe Vera face cream by Jason with 10 capsules of niacinamide mixed into it, and just once per day. The niacinamide was shown to be more effective than Clindamycin (topical antibiotic) when they did a study. Niacinamide is Vitamin B3.

Hi DeeDee! Yep, I am still loving the Purpose Moisturizing cleanser as much as ever! :love1:

I did try using the original Purpose (Gentle cleansing wash), but it was far, far too drying for my skin. Like I said, when the skin is too stripped, then not only is it uncomfortable, but it will produce even more oil! Plus, it contains fragrance, which is a HUGE no-no for my skin!

How are you doing? Have you tried Purpose MFC yet?
