B5 Progress Reports

First of all, it should be noted that most people with success probably do not return to this forum to scroll the message boards. That being said...

I'm a 25 yr old male w/ moderate acne. I'm on my 6th day of B5. Taking btw 6 and 9 grams a day. I realize it's early, but I've noticed a nice healthy glow to my skin and a reduction in new acne. Usually I have several new pimples per day. I also did not really suffer an initial breakout when I started.

Please post your progress reports here. I think this would be very valuable. I will keep everyone updated on mine as well.

Here is my regimen:

Super B-Complex
Saw Palmetto

Sponsors Lightbulb

Re: B5 Progress Reports

I'm about 2 and a half years on b5. I take about 20g and *try* to maintain a healthy die. I eat very similar to Sunfell's diet actually. I've used topicals with it at certain points and during some periods, such as now, I use only the b5 and diet. For the past couple of months, I've been breaking out again and am considering accutane followed by lower doses of b5 after i complete the acctuane course. I never thought I'd be taking accutane, but I'm taking 8 pills 5 or 6 times a day and am still breaking out - and eating fairly healthy. I'll keep everyone updated.
