Cool Pizza makes your skin look brilliant!

Ok maybe the subject was a slight exaggeration - it's just that for three days I've been eating nothing but pizza and nuts (cashew) and my skin looks better than ever. My digestion also seems better when i eat pizza than a typical meal of meat, tomato sauce (proper sauce, not ketchup) and steamed green beans. This is really odd.

I will still go back to my obsessively healthy living tomorrow, but can't believe this that ive been OK eating pizza. Haven't had dairy products for ages, i avoid anything spicy cos my body doesnt like it and i turn red. But recently it can. Maybe it's cos I have given it such a long break.

Despite this, I am still a firm believer in the acne/diet relation, however.
PS (worried i'll break out tomorrow)

Don't be worried, I eat pizza all the time and it doesn't break me out. I am eating it right now as a matter of fact. I wouldn't say it makes my skin better but it doesn't make it worse. Anyways, you have to live a little and eat the foods that you love sometimes. I am on a no sugar diet for the most part but sometimes I give myself a break and I'll have a cookie or 2. Don't feel bad when you do it, you deserve to eat some of the foods you love, just do it in moderation.

Re: Pizza makes your skin look brilliant!

i know what foods break me out.

i've noticed that carrots and bananas break me out bad, even though they are supposed to be "healthy foods."

I also noticed that chocolates like M&M's and Crunch and Kitkat don't break me out at all.

If i were to choose between carrots/bananas and chocolates...

i would choose sweets over carrots/bananas ANYDAY!

see what foods break you out.

Re: Pizza makes your skin look brilliant!

yeah i think bannanas break me out too - sometimes when i eat ultra-healthy , my skin gets worse. So then i just eat rubbish and my skin doesnt look any worse - so im confused.
