    Neca,

lol...No he's not normal. He's exotic. He says that, just like there are domesticated animals, there are domesticated people...and domesticated people have domesticated animals. That is why he raised Bengal tigers. I have a picture of him wrestling with this huge Bengal. It's so neat.

Anyway..lol..have either of you tried Peelu fiber as a toothpaste replacement? It is cheap and lasts a while. I've been using the stuff and it works VERY well. It does whiten teeth too.

I think you may be right about whether we can heal our skin through mostly rebounding and juicing rather than heavy dietary changes.
The changes wouldn't be so heavy if our diets weren't so off in the first place. . That is the way I look at it. Improper diet caused my acne..so it makes sense to me that changing it was the appropriate way to heal it.

Meat might also be negatively affecting your allergies, especially if you live in a polluted area, and especially if the meat is not organic or wild. Plus the bowel cleanse will be more effective without meat in the diet.

WOW Prometheus 1,000 POSTS! That is amazing! Will they give you a medal or something, lol? Maybe they will promote you to moderator?

Now I see why he is an alien hunter..your friend must be built like a tank! Must be really reassuring having a friend like that.

Peelu fibre, sounds very interesting. Is Peelu the name of the brand or the name of an ingredient? I have never heard of the stuff. What's it made from and do you know what ingredients are used to help whiten the teeth because so many of these toothpastes love to claim they make teeth snow white. But as usual they are just like acne products...useless. I've been dying to find a real/natural tooth whitener, thanks Prometheus I'll do a search on Peelu and see what I can find.

This figures why I got my first real experience of MP, for the last week or so I have been eating a mostly veggie/nut diet as well as one or two days of tiny portions of mackerel/sardines. I definitely gonna stick to this if it means more MP will released.

haha. I feel like it is my birthday or something.

Not really but he is kinda tall. hehe. He's more like an alien investigator, but he hunts aliens, he says, because they hunted him. He collects evidence from people claiming abductions, including surgically removed (alien?) implants. He does it all for free, too. He makes all his money in real estate and uses it to pay for surgeries, etc.

Peelu is some kind of plant that is chewed by populations in Africa, discovered to keep teeth and gums healthy. The brand I use is called just that "Peelu Fiber" and that is all it is. You dip your tooth brush into the peelu fiber and brush your teeth with it! it's neat.

Reading this has certainly made my day much more interesting. I'm LMAO! This guy sounds amazing, is he famous at all out in the US? He's gotta be with three occupations (or ex-occupations) like that. I didn't know doctors existed that specialise in alien implant removal Oh man, I feel like my brain is overloading! I can't believe I even wrote that ha...alient implant removal!

Cool, I'll see if I can find some in a few health stores or online somewhere.

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Yes definitely try the Peelu. This way you don't have to worry about artificial flavors, fillers, thickeners, or sweeteners.

Lol I forgot to mention he was also a bodyguard for some Korean higher-ups. He is quite famous and honored in UFO circles. He speaks at a lot of conferences across Europe and in the US. If you know of Steven Spielburg's heart wrentching alien series "Taken", it was based on a lot of his work, and his cases. He does get a lot of notoriety but somehow he manages to remain in the shadows and not become too "famous". I suppose because he is not sensational about it. He honestly goes after evidence that holds up and has actually debunked a lot. There really are not doctors that exist to specialize in alien implant removal, however, he pays to have the evidence examined by outside specialists and now he has a team of specialists (surgeons, doctors, engineers, psychiatrists) who are dedicated to the cause ready to help. He started out with just one partner who turned out to be not what he said he was..had fake credentials, a few different identities and pseudonyms, and (allegedly) ran off with some of the implants. Some of his most striking evidence is not even the implants..believe it or not.

BTW, I hope Meagan gets here so we can do the liver flush!

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Oh my goodness, what a long day! Sorry I have been absent! I have had some major problems around my place within the last two days regarding a man stalking me...and it has been VERY scary! I may need to borrow your bengal wrestling friend Prometheus .

Ok...time to catch up on things!

Prometheus, I'm about an hour or two from Houston. I guess it really depends on which part of Houston you are talking about...it's a large city! When are you planning on visiting? Your friend sounds soooo interesting! I wonder if I have ever passed him on the street before....what a cool person to have in Houston! I'm guessing you've visited before, how did you like it? Personally, I HATE houston, but I don't mind the cities surrounding it. I've always wondered what it would be like to meet you or pass you on the street as well! I've pondered on the idea of whether or not I would recognize you, Neca, or Indy...for some reason I just feel like I would ! As for the flush, did you get my post about not being able to do it this weekend? Ohh, I'm hoping I didn't leave you to do it all alone! Oh, and thanks for the info. on Peelu...very interesting to know! I only have one other thing I wish I could find a "natural cure" for...but, the only thing I know of is laser...and that is for a portwine stain birthmark. Oh well, it doesn't affect my health, so it's not much of a concern.

Neca, yes I am still at a univ. finishing up courses! But, I also have a full time computer programming job...ugh, not fun! I also do other computer services, but even though I'm talented in the field of computers, that is not my lifelong career choice! So yes, things can get busy at times! But I do manage to fit in classwork, job work, cooking my own meals and venturing into other health related things, and still maintain my sanity , and even manage to find free time quite often! As for juicers, YES, they are EXTREMELY important! I juice everything I don't care to eat...plus other greens and various things. As for rebounding, yes, I did finally just HAVE to get one .

Well, I have a few things to tend to, so I'll have to finish up posting later!

BTW Neca, if you just started passing MP, I'm sure you haven't seen the last of it...

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Hello, hello! I just got back from my weekend out of town (we went horseback riding and had a blast) and now I have soooo many things to do around the house. But I wanted to stop in for a quick post first!

Neca, wow, your first experience with MP! I don't think I've passed any of that yet, although it may happen in the future. I couldn't do my PB shakes this weekend, so it's time to get back in the routine. I do however see suspicious things in my stools that make me think I am getting rid of stuff that doesn't belong in me.

I was wondering too about the liver flush and which one I'll end up doing. It sounds like there are so many versions/methods of doing this. Olive oil and grapefruit juice sounds the most appealing to me, I suppose. Then I have read things about taking stuff before hand to dissolve/break up any possible stones, and wonder if I need to do that too? Prometheus, haven't you been taking something that is supposed to soften up the stones, like bitters??

Then I have also read about doing an apple juice fast the day before to flush all the bile out first, etc, etc! There are so many possibilities! You know, Memorial Day weekend is a 3 day weekend for me and we aren't going anywhere, so in a way it could be an ideal opportunity to do something along these lines, even if it is just a mini flush. Friday is my last day of Paragone. I still have Sat-Mon available to do some flushing. What about any of you guys (and gals)? Or, maybe I need to spend that weekend reading and deciding which flush I want to do... he,he!

    Re: It's Now or Never!

    Meagan,

I am convinced that the coolest people live in Texas and you're just another example of that . I wish I could say the same about your stalker. Ugh. I once had a man actually try to come inside my apartment with me! How messed up is that? These people (stalkers) are cowards on the inside, Meagan. If you want my friend also does PI work. Not for free..but he does do it and he is probably one of the best. Sometimes when you can find out things about them and let them know they back off and look for more vulnerable targets. He belongs in jail, though, or fined. I actually have not been to Houston yet. My Godmother also lives in Texas, though, and I'd LOVE to visit her ranch sometime. I'm going to be visiting Texas within the next couple of months...and I think I would recognize you too! For some reason.

As for your Birthmark, I don't know anything that gets rid of them either...but they are kinda neat aren't they?

    Indy,

I'm not sure if the herbs I've drank soften liver stones, but some liver herbs do do this, so hopefully they do! hehe. Horse back riding is really neat too. English or Western?

OMG Meagan that's insane, I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope you have notified the police just in case it's starts to get really serious.

oh wow! That sounds like a pretty intense schedule, lol. As you seem very clued up on computers and especially programming, do you have any advice on preventing these bugs attacking my computer again. It seems installing 10 antivirus scanners, 10 firewalls and 10 spyware scanners hasn't really done the trick so far

Indy, I won't be able to do a liver flush this weekend unfortunately as I'm really busy then and even if I could do one I still wouldn't know which one to select. I'm concerned about doing a liver flush because if it goes wrong it can really go wrong unlike the parasite/bowel cleanses that only have minor side-effects if any. There must be a 'friendly' liver flush ingredients available as I so know I would gag on drinking that amount of Olive Oil all at once.

Prometheus is if worth drinking these herbs to soften the stones? I mean are they really that effective? Haven't the Chinese been using herbs to cleanse their livers for years?

yes the Chinese have been using bitters and tonics to strengthen the liver for ages. I don't know what you mean by whether or not it is worth it.

    Re: It's Now or Never!

    Hey everyone--

Update: I am one week into my cleanse. BTW, Neca, I really appreciate your warning. I do know that I am super anxious to clear my skin, but I did get a thumbs up from my boss, who is an alternative chiropractor. He does a lot of AK work--which basically is your body's innate wisdom running the show. My body was ready to do the cleanse and my body reacted well (tested well) for all the cleansing ingredients. I am eating mostly fruits and veges, raw nuts/seeds, and some fish and chicken. No red meat, no dairy, no sugar, no caffeine, no processed foods, no gluten. I am drinking 8-12 glasses of pure spring water a day too. Oh, and I'm exercising. So far...so good.

Now, on to my skin. I have no new breakouts on my face. My large cysts are finally healing. I had several on my chin that are now almost non-existent. My skin already looks better. I have however, also been doing the Benotine clay mask (Neca's recipe) every night for 20 minutes to 2 hours a night. It appears to be incredibly healing and effective.

Also, my energy level is terrific. I feel better than I have in years. At 31, I finally feel my age, rather than in my 50's. And this is only week 1!!!!
I will keep eating like this for life, clear skin or not. Oh, I also have lost weight. My boss is telling everyone who comes in about this new "protocol" I'm on, because patients are noticing I look different.

Hope everyone is doing well! I join in the busy-people bandwagon too. I work full-time, go to college full-time and am a single mom. That is why my posts are so sporadic.

    Hipmama

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Hehe, thanks for the compliment . Although I'm not sure some of the coolest people live here...well, except for your friend, he sounds very interesting! Now, if you were to move here...it would by far makeup for the lack of cool people we have . Where does your Godmother live at in Texas? That is the one thing that I do enjoy about Texas....there are alot of people with nice size ranches, with lakes/rivers, and nice clean air. My mother lives in northern Texas on a huge piece of property, and it is amazing to be able to see millions of stars at night without all of the polluted air. As for the stalker situation, well, I think it is taken care of..or atleast I am hoping! If not, I may need to contact your friend . He sounds like a good person to know anyhow....I'm sure someday I would probably find a need for him. There have been people who have come and gone in my life that I would be interested in knowing some background information on. So any plans or specific things you are looking to do while in Texas? Or are you just planning on hanging out with some cows and chickens and relaxing in the warm weather ? As for the birthmark, the look of it doesn't bother me really...it makes me quite unique, I kind of look like I have a big postage stamp on my back lol...and it does produce some interesting inquiries about it! The only thing I would like to get rid of is the sensitivity of it, and my other concerns of it possibly hardening in that area later on in life. A few derms told me treatment may be something to look into, but eh..I'm not to worried about it at the moment. My only other "skin" concern used to be the number of moles I have gathered over the years on my body. Once you sparked my interest in health and dietary changes I actually came across an internal cause of moles and warts, which happened to be a potassium deficiency....who would've thought! As for remaining ones, I've thought of trying out the castor oil/baking soda method...just to see if it produces any results. It's not at the top of my list of things I'd like to do, but I'd like to try it on a few that are raised and slightly uncomfortable when things rub against them..other than that, I'm hoping my dietary changes and high intake of avocadoes, greens, and other potassium rich foods will help keep future ones away.

Neca & Indy, juicers are actually a pretty reasonable price. You just may have to do some searching for good deals. My first juicer was a Waring Pro juicer, which wasn't bad, and not too expensive, but I have moved on to the Solostar, which I like alot better. I ordered my solostar new off of ebay for 200$ with shipping included, which isn't a bad deal at all. Honestly, they are worth the amount of money you pay for them...plus, they put to use good cheap produce that you find. I don't cook carrots, cabbage, beets etc. generally, but I do juice them quite often.

Neca, as for "computer health", it can become quite complicated...only because more programs (computer "cleaners", spywares, etc) are not always better. Infact, alot of programs create problems on your computer when mixed with other programs. I know alot of people who have had computer problems due to program clashes simply because they try too hard to protect their computers and end up with millions of programs to do that. Or, another problem is that the programs don't always delete the "bad" things on your computer, but many times, accidently delete good files etc. needed to keep your computer functioning properly. So at times it can be a win/lose situation. Personally, I have one antivirus program and one spyware program, and I do other maintenance things, but never really have any problems. Honestly, I never began having any problems whatsoever until I began downloading different articles and studies I have found online (but hey, who can resist downloading a copy of someones personal experiences and journeys through colon cleansing and liver flushing? LOL). But seriously, I find that computers with the most extravagant list of "safety" programs, tend to have the most problems....personally, I think keeping it simple is more effective. But, that's me .

Hipmama, that is wonderful that you have started the diet, and are not having any problems maintaining it....dietary changes will be one of the most awesome experiences that you will ever encounter...or atleast it was for me . I never thought food could make me feel this good. Most people feel like they are choosing either health or happiness when struggling with dietary changes, ..but really, with these dietary changes you have both. And if you don't, well...go a different route...but food can and does work miracles on your body. Good Luck with everything, hopefully you are passing on your knowledge of eating healthy to your daughter .

I just realized that my posts are never very organized, so if they are a bit confusing to get through...I apologize in advance .

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Meagan that would be pretty neat if they lived near eachother! My Godmother lives in Baird, Texas. When she isn't living in Texas she lives in TN. She is something of a sociolite and hosts a lot of parties at their Texas ranch...where I'm sure you can meet lots of interesting people. They just built the house there a couple years ago and apparently its gorgeous. I have yet to see it. That's one thing I'd like to do. The other thing I'd like to do is meet my friend, in the flesh. I've only known him through internet e mail, snail mail, and telephone. If I decide to I might try hypnosis. He also mentioned taking me to meet his friend at NASA so I thought that might be interesting too!

    Quote:

Wow! Maybe we can send you in the mail over to NYC and around the world. The only problem with lasers I can see is that they are expensive. They are not that invasive, but they are risky if you are going to do them on your face, for example. For something like your back, it shouldn't be that risky. People get tattoos removed all the time this way.

I'm sure it will! I didn't know that about the potassium. I have heard that having moles or warts shows a tendency towards tumors, benign or otherwise.

Sooo when do you want to do the liver flush? Did you do it? I didn't lol! I would do it today but I am violently ill..very dizzy, a lot of nausea...and I don't want to do anything at all. I hope I didn't get salmonella poisoning from the raw egg yolks I've added to my diet recently. That probably wouldn't be good. I can't do it next weekend either because I'm visiting Florida (I hope).

What other interesting things are there to do in Texas?

    Hipmama,

I'm glad to hear you are feeling good! This is how we are meant to feel, always, no matter what our age is!

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Meagan & Prometheus--thanks! BTW, I actually have a son, not a daughter. And I am passing this on to him. This weekend when he wanted a snack, he chose fruit!! I was SO happy. He is so curious about how I am eating and why. He can already see the difference, and I don't mean about my skin--I mean my energy is incredible. I had to meet my ex/his dad tonight to discuss schedules and he could tell too. Pretty cool. And I agree that a lot of people think it is health or happiness, but clearly you can have both. A friend of mine recently said, "when you stop this diet we can go have this or ______ (fill in the blank with crap) again" and I realized that I'm not looking at this like a diet, like something I'll stop once I reach a certain point. This is a lifestyle change.

Thanks for the info on the juicers. That is def. on my list to get.

    Be well everyone,
    Hipmama

    Re: It's Now or Never!

Sorry about the confusion hipmama !

Prometheus, LOL, yeah I was thinking the same thing about mailing me to NYC and around the world, sounds like a good idea, maybe I should try it sometime ! I just picked up the Peelu Dental Fibers yesterday, and I really like it. The taste isn't all that great, but it leaves my teeth feeling EXTREMELY clean! I also picked up a few various Aubrey products, including a facial mist...eh, it sounded interesting lol. As for the raw eggs, how are those going? Hopefully you didn't contract samonella! I actually read an article awhile back which discussed how cilantro kills salmonella bacteria, and advised using it on chicken etc. What if you added t to your raw egg mixture? Hmm, just a thought...not sure if it would have any effect or not. I've been thinking about adding raw eggs in as well, but I did have one question I was wondering about. I apologize in advance if it sounds like a silly idea ! Well, I have a friend who is a dog breeder and feeds her dogs the BARF (raw food for dogs) diet. I remember her telling me about their "menu" once, which included raw eggs...but with the shells. She would put them in a blender and serve them like that. Would that be okay for human consumption? I tried to see if I could find any information regarding it, but my high speed wireless internet isn't working and for the last few days I have been on a VERY slow dial up connection and I can't get any webpages to load...ugh, I have got to get this fixed soon!

    Take care .
