I didnt break out at all when i first used the soap.. instead, it cleared up the pimples I had. You should see a huge difference within a week.. depending on how much acne/pimples u have.

Clinique still has the Pore Minimizer .... hmmm, chk at Sephora or other department store.

Is this the pore minimizer makeup or lotion everyone keeps talking about here?

Me personally, I was referring to the makeup.

pore minimizer comes in two forms.. one is a lotion and the other has color to wear under makeup...

I use the one w/ color.. it mattifies my skin too as well.. looks great under makeup!!!

You know, you should try neutrogena clear pore gel, it is cheaper and it works just as well or i say better. I tried them both, i was happy with clinque, plus it is over priced.

by the way, how is the sandlewood soap working for everyone so far? It is working great for me. Definitely less breakouts. Remember everyone, don't use it too much or your skin will get use to it. I use it at night and the morning i use a non medicated soap.

Just wondering how it's going for all you ayurvedic-soap-users?? I have just ordered the neem one and the sandlewood one and was wondering if things are still working for you?

Also, which one do you use? - the neem or sandlewood?

Looking forward to my new soaps arriving!...

the soap is working out really well.. i prefer the sandal wood.. it contains neem in it too as well.

And yeah, i prefer Clinique.. could be pricey.. but i buy it when they have free gifts w/ purchase.

I'm using the sandalwood one w/neem in it, too. It's working well. It would probably work even better if I would quit drinking those orange Mtn Dew Livewires!! lol lol But seriously though, it is working well for both my face and body. A little drying at times but nothing too severe.

Re: This one indian soap alone, had clear up my skin.

Well Ive been using this soap for about a week now and I havent had any new breakouts yet on my face(knock on wood). Ive only gotten like 2 or 3 whiteheads in the past week so thats a big thumbs up and after washing my face in the morning with it they disapeared. My old pimples arent really going away though for some reason nothing will make them go away it seems. I think I do have some scars but I also got some pimples that just wont go away and it seems like theyve been there forever and nothing will make them go away. I wish I knew what to do there.

try applying Clean and CLear Advantage spot cream (with 2% salicyic acid). it should help. Some pimples take awhile to go away.. they're probably small nonpainful cysts.

I found out a way for you skin not to be so dry when using this soap. Don't use cold or hot water to wash, just room temp warm water. You notice your skin isn't so dry anymore. Of course you still have to moisterize.

I apply medicated cream to my pimples and then olive oil to moisturize.
