Question Omega-3 for Sebaceous Cysts, does it work?

    Quick question:

Please answer the dollowing questions, since the answers differs from person to person:

    If you have sabeceous cysts,

Severity of the problem (rate 1 through 10, 1 meaning a little, 10 all over your body):
    Genetic (Y/N):
Amount of Omega 3 fatty acids per day in milligrams (EPA specific):
Fish Oil Brand that has worked for you:

I really need to cure this problem, I am suffering badly and I've been hearing stories about this, but I do need your help to succeed.

    Thank you so much!

    Hey concerned one,

I too suffer from sebaceous cysts and I am currently trying the omega 3 oils. I use the swiss brand which is good since it contains a high amount of EPA and DHA. I have noticed only some cysts forming in the last while (none of them are big enough to be a bother) and these usually go away. For the large cysts (which are bothersome) you must get those surgically removed, perhaps better done by a plastic surgeon to avoid unnecessary scarring.

I hope that my cysts never return so that I can move on with my life, and in that time, pass a possible 'remedy' around.

    Best of luck,

The aspirin scrub/mask (search this board) has really helped my cysts, I use it 2x a day - usually....Just wanted to share...-shinyOrn.
