Strange black blood-pimples...

Occasionally after i pop a white head, i pop it and maybe a day later this day gray/black spot appears where it used to be. Its not a blackhead, and its a rather hard pimple. Usually after awhile i try to pop it, and it pops blood, and if i keep squeezing past the blood, it pops some of the white stuff.

These are really strange, i get them every so often. What are these, and do they have any risk of scars or anything?

I think you infect it by squeezing it and that is why it turns hard, the white stuff is pus from the infection, from the sound of it you are getting pustules which is a deep white head the infects some of the surrounding area.

I get something very similar on the inside of my thighs, waistline, and buttocks. The difference is they don't usually start as whiteheads, just very sore dark purple/black spots that contain blood and puss. They are usually very hard and fairly large feeling under the skin. I'm not sure what they are or why I get them. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

No but, I would like to know too. I get them on my waistline too usually located in my stretch marks that I have from childbirth. They go away on their own but are there forever. When they do go, they leave a scar. I have a scar from one from a year ago.
