spots on my back(very annoying)

I started getting spots on my back about two years ago, and they have got worse, they are not massive red ones with heads, but lots of black heads which i find discusting, i went on holiday to ibiza last summer and they all dissapeared because of the heat and they all dried out, im just wondering how i can get rid of them during the wet old horrible time back at home in rainy wales!?!? thanks!

Re: spots on my back(very annoying)

Hi, the same thing happened to me.
I would recommend 2 things.
First accutaine is the best for back acne.
If Accutaine is to expensive for you.
I recommend getting doxycycline from your derm. Get 100 mg.
Get the Doxy that is 25 dollars. There's another Doxy anti biotic called Dorf thats like 165 dollars. There basically the same thing.
Take one pill a day.
Then use Phisoderm acne bodywash.
Here's the trick.
First I soak a bodywash spundge with water. Dont use a regular spundge. Then put some of the Phisoderm Acne BodyWash on the bodywash spundge. It should become bubbley. Once it foams up. I just take the foam part and put it on my back. The part of my back I cant reach with my fingers. I use the bodywash spundge to put on my back. Leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes. Then wash it off. I notice when you make it foam up, its makes the acne goes down with less scars.

If the Phisoderm dont work.
I would recommend a Salicylic acid 20% Peel.
You leave it on for 2 minutes, then wash it off. Then put a moisturizer on.
Here's more info about the Salicylic acid peel.
