    Fish Oils and Evening Primrose Oil

    Hey there everyone,

    I just bough a bottle of Fish Oils + Evening Primrose Oil. It doesn't say anything about PMS/skin (often associated with primrose oil), but says it improves learning ability and concentration. I really wanted the high-dose primrose oil (1,000mg per teaspoon), but decided to get this one instead, seeing as I have exams coming up pretty soon! However, will it help my skin, as well?
    Per teaspoon, it's:


    Is the GLA concentration too little? Is it meant to be at least 100mg, for skin???

    For the GLA: 6 x 240mg capsules per day are recommended (according to Dr. Hoffmans 'Intelligent Medicine') And yes, it should help you skin.

    To help with your exams you should take some B vitamins (esp B12) and Ginko Biloboa.

    ohh 6x 240mg?! And it's only 20mg per teaspoon (3x a day)! So I guess that's not enough to help my skin??
