I'm male but im pretty sure your derm can prescribe you BC.
I know that with my derm I got the prescription right away and did the blood test that day and she said she'd call me if anything showed up on the test.
however, i know some anal derms that won't let you take a pill until the blood test comes back clean. Hopefully your derm is in the non-paranoid about accutane category.
