Can taking Doxycycline cause muscle loss while weight training?

I was wondering because I am weight training to gain muscle mass, and I am on 100mg twice a day Doxycycline, so I was wondering will it cause muscle loss or affect my muscle gains?

Why are you taking Doxycycline twice a day?
I would only take it once a day.
    How bad is your acne?
    100 MG is enough
The Doxycycline will not effect anything with your muscles.
