Post Green Tea

I read in a magazine that you should not toss green tea bags after being used. Instead, put them in the fridge to use as cleansing pads later. Supposedly the paper helps exfoilate and the tea's anti-inflammatory properties even out blotchly complexions. Sounds pretty good. SO has anyone ever tried this??

I've put green tea on my eyes and I guess it sorta helped the puffiness. It is nice and soothing.

i read the exact same article but wasn't so sure how a tea bag is exfoliating??? i haven't tried it, too scared, but green tea is good i know because me derm. gave me this serum with green tea in it to put on my face in the morning (i don't use it anymore becuase i am on to something new) but it is supposed to help antinflammatory and redness and it does so over time though, when used frequently. i looked at before and after photos of his patients using this stuff for 12 weeks and it was amazing how well the redness went down (and those people only used this twice a day everyday and didn't have acne though, just flushed skin). so give it a try, but don't expect immediate miraculous results, but you never know. keep me posted.
-M and good luck
