Post Various Scar Issues

I know, I know, this is the same old sad story you here a lot on this board, but I was wondering if there was anything anyone could contribute.

My acne is slowly starting a retreat a little but I'm left with all these red marks and generally bad skin tone. I'm not sure if these are permanent scars, I'm hoping they're not, but some are marked with shallow indentations...not very noticeable indentations, but they're there. It's the red I'm mostly concerned about, is there anything to be done? Makeup just makes them look grey and nasty.

And I also have what feels like little nodes under my skin in some places, little invisible lumps that you can most a little if you pinch them, but they don't hurt like a pimple would. Are those also scars?

Thanks guys, anything you can add would be very helpful.
