just received it and theres a fairly long tooth shaped plastic thing taped to the top.. do i need to mix it? is that plastic thingy taped to the top there so i can use that to mix up the epidermx?

also whats the most effective way to use this product.. how do you use it?

I've never seen any plastic thing come with the cream. I never got one. Perhaps you can email the company and ask what it's for?

I used the old Epidermx 1 or 2 times week and Epidermx II once a day. I just follow the directions and massage it on my skin for about 30 seconds a day, rinse, pat dry and apply a moisturizer.

The plastic thing is just a small spoon so you can get the product out of the pot without using your fingers, which could have dirt and bacteria on them.
