    stubborn back/chest acne wont stop.

i usually get a few nice cysts on my chest/back every couple days... i ONLY get these types of pimples on my chest and back.

I've tried almost every body cleanser etc.. i tried head and shoulders shampoo, and i just tired panoxyl wash bar which broke me out bad at first, but now seems to be doing nothing.. has anyone had any luck with anything other than antibiotics/accutane?

Wash every day in the shower using Hibiclens and a shower puff.... leave it on the skin for 1 minute prior to rinsing

Wipe over using Clerasil pads that contain salacylic acid after drying your skin

Take 50mg of zinc every day

    For your body acne.
Get Doxycycline. Get 100 MG and take 1 pill a day.
This is the holy grail for clearing your skin of body acne.
You got to get this prescribed from a Derm.
Its by far the best product i'v used for getting rid of acne on the face and body.

Now, if you have redmarks when the acne goes down.
There's a few things you can do.
    For a body wash.
I recommend the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub.
This has 2 percent Salicylic Acid, Green Tea, Aloe, Chamomilla and is very good for getting rid of redmarks.
Its much better then the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash with Salicylic Acid
The Neutrogena body wash did nothing for me.

When you get out of the shower.
I would then use Paula's Choice Weightless Body Treatment With 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid.
This is a lotion for acne.
Leave it on your body. Dont wash off.
This is very good product for getting rid of marks on your body when the acne goes down.
It has alot of good incredients.
2% Salicylic Acid, 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid, Green Tea, Flower Extract, Vitamin A, C, E, Grape Seed, Selenium, Willow Herb, Magnesium, Zinc Oxide.

I've been eating a lot of junk lately so I've been getting acne mainly on my chest. I started taking probiotics for an entirely different reason, but it ended up clearing up my acne. I take Garden of life primal defense HSO probiotics.
