Stay Away From Murad
I've been a customer of Murad for a couple of years. I quit their continuity program and they sent me another package and charged me for it, weeks after I quit. I called their customer service twice and they were rude and unapologetic about their mistake. I was intending to purchase their products on occasion after the continuity program, but after dealing with this mistake (the second time this has happened), I will stay away from Murad.
They did rightfully give me a refund. However, if you want to be a customer that corrects a company's mistakes, then go purchase Murad items.
Also, their stuff is really overpriced.
