Post Whats your Daily SKin Care Regimen? Every one has unique Combonations!!!! PLZ SHARE!!

im soooo happy ive finally found a 3 step regimen that actually WORKS consistantly. Neautragena Oil Free Acne Wash was my faces worst nightmare, i dont get why they get so much hype for such a lame product. then i used clearasil Acne Defense Cleanser which was great but didnt help my current pimple but worked great, but it was very hard to find in my area so i moved on. then i used Clean and Clear Continuous Control Cleanser which stores 10% BP in your pores, it seemed to work REALLY good and zap the zyts through the day but it made my skin itch a little which ended up driving me crazy!!!! finally i found st ives medicated apricot scrub which is my dream. its only3 bucks, comes in a big tube, and it works great!!!!

anyway! Here is my skin care regimen....

FACEWASH= St ives Medicated Apricot Scrub
TREATMENT= Neatragena Multi Vitamin Acne Treatment
& Zapzyt Gel (the BEST 10 BP)
MOISTURIZER= Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer.

i love it! what works for you? try to model yours like that so we all can marvel at your awesome 3 step system (or however many steps you have)

Cleanser: Nivea for Men Double Purpose Face Wash
Moisturizer: Neutrogena Moisture for Sensitive Skin
Topicals: 5% Benzoyl peroxide Gel (refrigerated)

Exfoliator: Nivea Face Scrub for Men (twice a week)

I got a question for those of you that use the St. Ives scrub. I have extremely sensitive skin. Would this scrub (which I have felt before and therefore know that it is very grainey) irritate my skin?? Thanks. Good post idea by the way.

    Daily Morning:
    - Cleanse with Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Cleanser for Combination/Oily skin
    - Cotton ball with Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid Solution, swab entire face and neck
    - Every other day, apply Paula's Choice Blemish Fighter Solution (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide)
    - Neutrogena's DryTouch SPF30 Sunblock

    Daily Evening:
    - Cleanse with Skin Balancing Cleanser
    - Apply Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Face Lotion (SPF 15)

    On Occasion:
    - Once a week, aloe vera 99% gel on face after cleansing (I don't use the Healthy Skin lotion when I use this)
    - Every now and then, use Paula's Choice Oil-Absorbing Face Mask--I rarely need to use this

*sigh* I can't believe how much money I spend on this stuff. I could be a rich man if I took all the money from face products and put it in a savings account.

    Thumbs up

MORNING: Rinse with lukewarm water and immediately use Clean and Clean Astrigent for sensitive skin. Moisturize with Aveeno Skin Brightening Lotion (contains spf 15 and vitamin a and c)

NIGHT: Wash face with PHisoderm for sensitive skin, exfoliate with baking soda (make a paste with water), and splash bottled lemon juice on my face (let lemon juice sit till dry and rinse off with lukewarm water). Moisturize with Aveeno Skin Brightening Lotion.

Ever since I started this regimen, my face has cleared tremendously. I no longer worry about my skin and I've been more confident than I've felt in years. I am female, and I do use a little makeup (a tiny bit of Clinique concealor to cover a few dark spots and MAC studio fix as a base). I can't say enough about the studio fix...it's excellent...gives a natural look and lasts for a really long time. I also watch my diet. I've noticed that I tend to break out after indulging in junk food and carbohydrates. I also don't drink any soda/pop...mainly just stick to water, green tea, and orange juice in the mornings.

cleanser- dove for sensitive skin with 1/4 moisture lotion added.

moisturizer- olay total effects with SPF 15

treatment-tretinoin (retin-a generic) every night 30 minutes after cleansing face. Ortho tri-cyclen daily at specified time.

The soap amd moisturizer have been consistently excellent. While on tretinoin SPF is a must so moisturizer and sunblock in one is great. Tretinoin has cleared me before, I stopped and got bad again, hopefully it will clear me again. Ortho tri-cyclen is a new thing to me, only on week 2.

    Talking

This is a new regime for me and so far so good.

Morning - Boitherm Acnopure face wash
    Clinique #3 Toner
Clinique Pore Wall T-Zone oil Control
    Neutrogena Dry Touch Spf 30
    Clinique Super fit foundation

I dont use moisturizer in the day time because my face is extemely oily and putting on any kind of moisturizer will just add to the oil.

Evening - Biotherm Acnopure face wash
    Clinique #3 Toner
Clinique Total Turn Around Cream (Oil Free)
    Clinique Oil Free moisturizer.

Like I said before I have only been doing this routine for 3 weeks. My pimples are slowly healing BUT not fast enough. I am seriously considering trying Paula's Choice products because I know they are cheaper and I have heard they actually work for most people. So I am waiting for those samples to arrive.
