Post Shrimp

I was out for dinner when I was eating from this one dish and didnt realize till after I accidentally ate about 6 baby shrimp. Hopefully I dont break out from it. I know shrimp is one of the worst foods for the skin cause of the high iodine content.

Anything I can do for precaution???

I finally just got rid of a zit that took 10days to fully heal....and still not 100% gone, trust me I dont need another one.
