Question mild BP wash

I've been using the Carley's wash for several weeks (6) - still having breakouts - bad one this weekend. The people at Carley's said to use twice a day (only for about 10 seconds for the second time) until the breakout got under control, then back to once a day. Could this wash just be too harsh for my skin, with the exfoliting walnut shells? If I start using the Carley's only every other night or so, what would be a good BP wash that I could alternate with? Preferably something with a low BP% (Carley's has 2%), and no exfoliating shells or beads. Any ideas?

Anyone know of a good, mild BP wash (2%-2.5%) that is not exfoliating? I'm beginning to think exfoliating daily might be causing more acne! Anyone? Now if I go out and buy something stupid that doesn't work and gives me more zits, it will be your fault! hehe

I don't think using a wash with BP is effective enough because it doesn't stay on the skin for very long. It might work for some people though. If I was you I would use Neutrogena 2.5% BP and follow up with a light lotion to prevent redness and drying.
