    what is the white stuff that comes out of cystic acne
    have been told I have cystic acne, thick white substance comes out, have deep scarring..could this be staff, or infection? I do not know what to do for this. I have this everyday...could you make suggestion how to get rid of this..

    Milk of Magnesia from CVS... leave it on at night. But where is this occuring besides your face?

    If it's a liquid, then it is pus and that is from the infection.

    If it is hard and waxy, then that is the sebum plug that was clogging the pore.

    Cystic acne should be seen and treated by a doctor, preferably a dermatologist.

    Take Zinc (any form is good) 50 mg with a meal. Empty stomach causes you Nausea. It reduces cystic acne.
