Post Has anyone had continued. sustained success with the Olay Regenerist Serum?

I had read some initial excitement to this product, and then some negative backlash.

Anyone have a definitive verdict on this stuff?
What can be expected when using this product, initially, as well as long term? Does it act as a moisturizer?

Thanks in advance for your replies

I'm still fine w/ it. I've been using it for maybe a month and a half (I think?) and it's the one w/ the fragarance b/c i bought it before they had Fragrance Free. I let my Skinoren soak in for 15 minutes and then put the regenerist on over it. During the day, though, I've started using Topix Replenix Green Tea serum (it helps me mattify) over the Skinoren and it works pretty well, too.

so, to make a looong story short, I still love it. :-)

i'm a current accutane user and it is doing a great job mousterizing my face.

when i do get a pimples, (very little), the olay regenerist helps repair and heal the pimple once it is dead.

i'm hoping regenerist will fade away some of my old blemishes and scars and other discolorations, which are my main problems right now.

good luck

Does it help with refining pores and overall skin texture?

Frogprince, do you use anything else to fade old blemishes or red marks?

well, it's so new that i don't know if anyone can really yet say that they have had "continued, sustained success," however, i've been using it for about a week and it definitely has made my skin softer.

I hate this stuff! It was good for smoothing the skin but it gave me like two huge zits and I have hated it ever since.

Yeah, it caused zits on my face too, but then I started using it sparingly, and in areas where I have pitted scars, thinking, if it causes a zit within those depressed areas, it might fill in the hole!!

I think it causes a zit if you lay it on too thick.

I am still experimenting with it rather cautiously.

All the Best.

Hi everyone! I am a newbie for posting but I have been reading the boards for awhile. I have been using this for about 2 months and I can't say for sure yet if it is keeping me from breaking out but I do know it heals my pimples very quickly. I have been dealing with cystic acne for a few years now. When I get a new cyst it usually lasts for a long time, a week or two and then I was left with a reddish/brown spot. The regenerist begins healing right away and it has healed old marks too. I am being cautiously optimistic about this stuff.
