    Taking Naps

Why do I always get pimples right after I take a nap? I can literally take a nap and wake up to one, two, or even three new pimples on my face.

Are you sleeping on an unwashed pillowcases or does your hair/?

I have this problem--I have had severely acne-prone skin all my life, just got off of Accutane, and am still struggling. I sleep with my hands under my cheeks, my face sweats, and I wake up with greasy skin and whiteheads. If you only have moderate acne/moderately acne prone skin, try using a salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, maybe rubbing a little into acne-prone areas before you nap.
