The gooey stuff is puss....puss is trapped white blood cells which are infected. The hard "seed" like thing you are talking about is puss which is congealed into a hard substance. And squeezing any of this out is going to do 2 things. One, it very well might give you scars....but more importantly, as you squeeze it out, you are spreading the infection from pore to pore- and causing additional breakouts.
STOP squeezing. Go to the dermatologist for some prescription strength skin cleaner and ointment. At this point you are causing yourself more harm than good. Its critically important you keep your hands off your face and by squeezing these zits, you are trying to get the stuff out- but its backfiring and you are spreading the infection under the pores.
Use warm compresses on your face. NOT SCALDING HOT, but warm....and use an antiseptic after you wash like a toner or sea breeze, something which will kill germs, without drying out your skin. The most important thing you can do right now is STOP squeezing and picking.....
You really need to see a dermatologist. Youll probably need an antibiotic to get this under control for a short while...your skin is not only going through some hormonal changes, causing this to start, but you are making it worse by squeezing it and picking at it. Youll need to basically let everything heal on its own and to do that quickly, youll need prescription strength cleanser and treatment.
