Adderall can cause a couple different problems in males. It can cause soft erections and (because of the nature of the drug) it can cause over stimulation and premature ejaculation. Personally, I have add and I am on 20mg of adderall a day (10 twice a day) I have found that orgasm and erections can be hard to achieve on higher doses. I would say you might want to lower your dose on the days you have sex if you're on a higher dose. Also, consider cutting out one of your daily doses. For instance, if you take adderall twice a day..Take it once (morning dose) skip the afternoon dose so when you have sex that night you'll be good.
