| Vyvanse and Adderall on alternating days?
I'm looking for some information on whether anyone has tried taking vyvanse and adderall on alternating days.
I was diagnosed with ADD two years ago. First, I was on adderall 10mg IR as needed for a year, then 20mg 2x/day IR for the past year. I recently switched to Vyvanse 30mg because the effects of adderall were becoming too much to handle (insomnia, increased anxiety). However, even though I like how long-lasting the Vyvanse is compared to adderall, and I like that the comedown isn't as spiky, vyvanse isn't giving me nearly the amount of focus and motivation that adderall gave me.
Would it be possible to take vyvanse on days when I know I won't have a lot of things to do/focus on, and adderall on days when I know I'll be busy? I've never heard of anyone doing that before, so I wanted to check before I talked to my doctor about that being an option.
