    falling off

I have been active in AA since 2009 . After 2 years sober , I relapsed 3 times in 2017 . Now 2018 finds me in the midst of a 3 day bender . I feel like I've let my support group down for the last time . Now what ??? Any suggestions

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go back to AA and be honest. If people judge you they are really not following the Steps themselves. It's about you, not them and this experience will be invaluable to others when you share. Do you like AA? If not have you thought about counselling?
