Improving mental acuity
First I should start with a little backstory for the basis of my post. I started smoking marijuana (regrettably) around 16~17, and up until about a year and a half ago (I'm 23 now), my day-to-day was pretty much just sitting in front of a computer playing games, eating junk food getting high 24/7.
Fortunately, I was able to quit, and am trying to take better care of my mind and body. Now I know, some say there is no connection between any mental decline and marijuana use and some say there is - I'm not looking to debate this. But for me personally, I think some (if not most) of my mental problems are either a result of or were at least worsened by my early and very chronic use.
I've looked up a little information about things that can help improve brain & body function in general, and so far the main things I've seen are eating healthy foods, doing mentally stimulating activities like puzzles, reading etc. often, and getting a decent amount of exercise. But I just wanted to see if there are things I could do that would help specially with any decline specifically from the smoking.
