Alcohol and bloating
Hi! I am a wine drinker. Have been for years but it has been every single night for quite awhile. I decided to just stop during the week. I would normally consume 2 glasses a night and on the weekends maybe a beer and 2-4 glasses over a 5-6 hour time frame. I got tired of feeling yucky in the morning. I am on day 5. I had 4 days of little to no sleep at night and night sweats. I was shocked!!! I had no idea how much the alcohol was affecting me. Last night I slept a little better and only one night sweat. What Has me the most concerned is the puffyness/water retention. I am drinking lots of water/tea and I am an avid exerciser. I didn't expect to feel so puffy I can't even remove my rings. How long does this last? Anything I can do to help it? I had a full physical recently and everything was perfect. Thank you!
