    Alcohol and diarrhea

Does anyone know what can happen to the digestive system in the long run from drinking beer every day for years? I have had diarrhea a few times a week for about a year now. If I go one day without drinking my system seems almost normal but if I even have 2 beers the next day then I have diarrhea all over gain. Does drinking every day eventually cause your system to be over sensitive to alcohol?
