Re: No more withdrawl from suboxone but no help with my chronic pain

I'm being seen by a doctor at Pain Recovery Solutions in Ann Arbor. Who have you seen? I've had similar problems in having my family doctor attempt to treat my chronic pain himself. After getting me hooking on Fentanyl, my doc sent me to the pain specialists. The Fentanyl wasn't working so I said I was going to stop taking. He told me I couldn't ... I was so ******!

Anyhow, I do get slight relief from my physical therapist who does "dry needling" a.k.a. acupuncture - key distinction, however, because my insurance pays for it. Free acupuncture is a good thing!

Also, as bad of an experience as you've had with Subox, I've read online about a person who was on it for 7 years (prescribed by someone who didn't know what they were doing), got off it, but then got back on it (much different dosage), as is happily controlling their pain.

Thought it sound like Subox was the for you, I'm just trying to help keep you open-minded. I've had chronic back pain every single day for the last 24 years straight. I'm frustrated too.

    Good luck to you,
