Re: Day 1

Just a quick is day 16 and it is AMAZING on how I feel phsyically. Of course mentally all the crap is coming back to me on what I have done to get to where I am. I have a lot of guilt I am dealing with and trying to build up the bridges that I burned in the past.

To all my friends out there, it CAN be done. Willpower is the most important thing. If anything the withdraws is like a horrible flu and the anxiety is bad BUT if you breath and think ONE POSITIVE reason why you are quitting, then it stops.

Hang in there my friends. It CAN be done. From someone who was an addict, still and addict and will always be an addict, it CAN be done
