Any help for the Percocet w/d blahs?

I took my last 7.5 on Sunday. Yesterday wasn't so bad. Today i am lethargic. Don't want to do anything, not even tv or a movie and definitely no house work. I'm not due to start the Ltyrosene til tomorrow.

Day 3 for me after tapering from Percocet for back pain and I can relate. I feel restless and also unmotivated. I stepped off a very small dose but used Oxycotin and larger doses on and off for the past seven years. Although it was all legitimate use, I realize now that I hated the inability to get up in the morning and having my energy zapped. I want to live my life not just exist. Don't know how I'll manage pain-wise but I'm not even at that point yet.

    What is Ltyrosine?

Best of luck to both of us!

it is a protein amino acid chain that acts on the pleasure part of the brain. It helps a lot. It's in the Post at the tops of this board on how to get off opiates on your own. Be careful to wear sunscreen outdoors because my skin got all blotchy when I didn't.
