Low Cortisol and Aldosterone levels without having Addison's disease

Over 4 years ago after the birth of my daughter, I started experiencing extreme hypoglycemia. A year and a half ago I was tested for Addison's disease, but everything came back in the normal range. Then I found a new doctor who a year ago did a 24 hour urine test and found that I had slightly low cortisol and aldosterone. He started me on a small dose of Hydrocortisone which seemed to help somewhat. Then about 2 months ago I started taking Fludrocortisol to help with sleeping and muscle cramps. We just tested my urine again and the Aldosterone level was even lower than a year ago even though I'm taking .2 mg of Florinef a day. Does this mean I'm headed towards Addison's disease? I don't understand why my adrenals keep getting worse! Does anyone know of anyone else this has happened to?
