    Lost. High Blood Cortisol Levels

    Good morning-

I got some blood tests results back and I am confused and need some help.

    TSH 1.29 REF: .27-4.20
    Free T4 1.13 REF: .78-2.19
    Free T3 1.86 L REF: 2.0- 4.4
    A.M. Cortisol 26 H REF: 6.20-19.4

The Nurse Practitioner stated my Thyroid levels were normal and that the Free t3 levels fluctuate throughout the day. She did say based on my symptoms and upon consulting the Endo they are sending me for a 24 hour urine test (she said it was three hormone tests). I did some research and I have read how cortisol can lower T3 levels. Anyone experienced with this? I guess I thought I was hypothyroid based on my symptoms ( sever and chronic fatigue, inability to lose weight with trying).

    Any help would be wonderful
