    High/Low cortisol, Dexamethasone

Hi just looking for some advice. I have a underactive thyroid and although my endo says my levels are normal I am still exhausted. So she sent me for a cortisol test. She said the normal range was 140-500 and mine was 1137. So she then gave me Dexamthasone and I had to repeat the cortisol level test the next morning. Now my results have gone the complete opposite way and are now low at 75. Any ideas?
