    21-Hydroxylase Antibody

I had this test a year ago and the result was 1.7, normal is less than 1...should I be retested to see if this number has gone up? Should I be concerned about my Adrenals failing.
I think my endocrinologist is concerned that I am going to have a Poly Endocrine Syndrome. I had Severe Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Fibrosing Variant, had my Thyroid and a few lymph nodes removed in 11/2011. I also have Vitiligo (for 43 yrs now) There is a lot of Diabetes in the family, but so far...I am still good. When my Thyroid failed I had been sick in bed for months, when my TSH was checked it was 86.
