    of the symptoms of adrenal
    fatigue? If so, how to overcome

    Yes it can be a symptom of Addison's disease. If it is not reactive hypoglycemia, but fasting hypoglycemia, you should be checked for an insulinoma, a benign tumor that secretes excess insulin. A serum cortisol level at 8 am and 4 pm, plus a fasting serum insulin level would be good starters for checking it out. Reactive hypoglycemia is far more common and occurs two - five hours after eating. It can be diagnosed with a 5 hr glucose tolerance test and is treated with diet (low sugar, high protein, frequent feedings, like 6 a day). Any blood sugar below 65 is suspicious, but doesn't tell you what type hypoglycemia you have.
