Eye problems with allergies???

So I recently made a doctor's visit to talk about my sinus related problems and was finally told I had bad seasonal allergies. But I didn't get the chance to cover all of the eye related problems I've had as of recently. I wanted to ask if anyone else has had these types of problems relating to seasonal allergies? or allergies at all?

At night, my eyes get super dry and stiff and when waking up, my vision is blurry and takes a few minutes to clear up.

I've also become sensitive to light and have a light afterimage.

Anyone else have this? How do you help it? I've had this on and off since April and It's just so unbearable.
