Exclamation jstu got allergies and concerned

HI,
i have just turned 23 and have never until i turned aroudn 22 and a half had any allergiy problems whatsoever....i have been expierincing what i would call tension headaches, i hurt at the back of my head right above my neck, but while i do have a slight anxiety problem , i dont beleive this to be anything to do with anxiety because i have been much better on teh anxiety and stress side and i can be perfectly calm and it still hurts it has been going on for abotu 5 days now all day and night, it feels like my neck and expecially the back of my head is very tight and kinda tingling...is this also allergies ? adn if so are there any natural remedies since i hate medication, thanks so much for info you can give me....

Bucky,

I guess allergies can behave many ways, but it's usually your nasal passages and lungs that are affected. If I had a tight feeling and tingling in my brain, I would high-tail it to the doctor real quick! Doesn't sound like something to mess around with.

maybe i shouldnt have said tingling, its not really "tingliung" i guess teh best way to describe it is a heavyness or tightness and its not on my brain but on my neck and the back of my head, soemone recently brought it to my attention it was probrobly my sinuses...thanks for your help though

Talking

This sounds like tension headaches to me, although I suppose it could be sinus related.

There are lots of natural ways of treating this and you can use acupuncture, which is effective for this, homeopathy, herbal medicine, chiropractic, however, if you want something very gentle and effective then I would suggest that you either use homeopathy or craniosacral therapy.

Good luck
