For a whole week I've had nasal congestion. I feel fine, but this just will not go away. Also, there's this flem stuck in a my throat. It's gross. I've stopped taking stuff because it doesn't work. How long is this supposed to last? What can I do to stop it?

Re: congestion

Have you tried drinking lots of water? Don't take sugary or sticky stuffs as I think it will make it worse. The feeling of the phelgm could be the build up of mucus from the PND. Do you use any decongestant drops or sprays? I have very bad nasal congestion too.

Re: congestion

Try breathing in some very hot water, say over the sink w/ some Eucalyptus oil in it. You can get it at walmart in Aromatherapy sections. Or gargle w/ salt water as that might loosen it. IT seems I always have a bit of phlem in the back of my throat I can't get rid of, especially after eating!
