    House Dust Mites

    Hi all

I have house dust mites, I was wanting to know about other peoples experiences with house dust mites. I have a sore eye at the moment I was wondering if it could be because of the house dust mites or because of something else.

What has worked for you in helping you with your housedust mite problem?
In what ways do house dust mites effect you?

    Thanks for your help

    Re: House Dust Mites

The most important thing is to put dustmite proof covers on your mattress, boxspring and pillows. Keeping the humidity in the house below 50% also helps, because they can't live in a super dry enviornment.
