it sounds like you are getting hives, not to worry you but you need to get meds for them.in severe cases they can close your airways.i have had them 3 times in 10 years worse each time.once i ahd to go to e.r. and get adrenalin/ shot worked to keep my airways back open.please always carry bennadryl with you in an emergency.and get treatment for it soon.sometimes they go away fast sometimes they will last years.i never go anywhere w/o bennadryl,it would save my life if needed.i carry 4 in my purse always.i am on zyrtec, pepcid. they gave me doxepin but i dont like taking new meds ,and i read you gain ALOT of weight with that so im going to give the 2 meds a month and see if that works well.so far im not really itchy or weiling up ,however i do get red marks allover.just no weils or itchys .so go see a dr. and good health to you.

i've reasearched this a bit but mine seems less intense. i dont think theres much you can do other than avoid extreme cold . i have a dermatoligist appt. tomorrow and i intend on asking him about it as well as dermatographism , which i have, and the extreme itching. i would see a doctor if i were you and hang in there in the mean time
