Why does ranch dressing cause skin rash?

no idea. I would either search online for ingredients or compare bottles at the grocery store. See if there is anything different

I get a red rash on my face from a very popular brand of ranch dressing. I attribute it to the vinegar. I get a similar but more severe reaction to ketchup and fruit. There's a ton of garbage in that stuff.
