Hi...looking for some help. About 2 weeks ago I randomly started to have small hives, itching and rashes...they will pop up out of nowhere and last from 5-15 min then will be gone. During the time this started I was dx w/ yeast infection which was treated w/ fluconazole. I though maybe I was having a reaction to the fluconazole however that is long gone out of my system. Around this time as well my daughters had a bad strep throat which I believe I ended up catching which led to fever and sinus infection (currently on ceftin and prednisone.) Since this has come out of nowhere my Dr probably thinks that my body may be stressed. She said if after this sinus infection it's still happening to go see her again. This is very frustrating and I cannot figure out what is causing this. I haven't starred any new foods or used a new detergent etc. help.

Re: Itching/Hives

Could very well be a med allergy. Are you on anthing else? I was on Aleve for years and developed the same kind of reaction and had to stop taking it.
