| Green supplments(like spirulina, cholorella)
Hi 
I take a product called "Perfect Food" from garden of life and was wondering if this has done it's job for anyone, or has any of the products(green) worked for them.

I take Greens Today with contains 72 superfoods. You take a scoop mixed with a beverage. I also add to this a scoop of SuperRich Yeast Plus which contains 43 ingredients. I also add fish oil, flax seed oil, garlic extract, milk thistle extract, green tea extract and aloe vera. I feel great and I'm no youngster (65). I'm a big supporter of green supplements. Feels so natural.

And I'm a big "greens" supporter too. I like the Vitamin Shoppe's "Biogreens" (crammed full of vitamins, minerals, and herbs). Tastes great in V8, EVERY morning...........

Jessica - "Very Veggie" sounds delicious - is it like V8 with lots of different vegetable juices ?????
The only V8 I drink (and I drink two gallons a week) is the "Low Sodium" type. It only has 140 mg of sodium per 8 oz. serving. Regular V8 has well over 500.
The low sodium V8 is also packed with potassium (800 mg per 8 oz serving) - thats more than two bananas.
Calories, - only 50.
Great for mixing with Green Drinks or for cooking.

Wouldn't juice that you just juiced from a juicer be more nutritious for you than things such as V-8 that has a shelf life?

Besides the V8 is just the "base" that I mix my BioGreens in..... Just got my blood test back... super results....cholesterol 150, triglycerides 69, LDL/HDL ratio 1.8, everthing else GREAT.....
