Husband - Short Term Memory Loss

My husband has short term memory loss. His personality and intelligence remain in tact. What I find is that anything new takes a long time to learn, such as change in what the dogs eat, what we need to do on a given day. He functions a lot on habit, but some of those habits have had to change due to Covid or just plain life. Everything is left to me to decide, fix, take care of etc. I find this extremely stressful, tiring, and sad. We have had a lot of testing done and it is not Alzheimers. I am sure others are dealing with this too. I guess I am just looking for women in a similar situation who can offer some support or coping ideas. Thank you
